Desmet Studios is the perfect party hotspot to end a romantic wedding day!

Are you looking to get down with a DJ or to shake your hips to a live band? Or perhaps even to share your vows and say ‘yes’ in our studio? And what about dinner with an intimate group before breaking out into a party? Our TV studio combines very well with our studiocafe to create the perfect setting for a night to remember.

• We have a permit until 02:00
• We can fit anywhere from 80 to 230 persons
• Technical equipment and DJ-set available
• Make-up / dressing room
• Optional: dinner before the party

Bar & catering

Our professional bar crew is here to take care of your every need when it comes to drinks and bites. We offer a variety of arrangements that can be chosen beforehand or the option of open bar with costs calculated afterwards. We have a small snack menu. For lunch and dinner you are free to choose a caterer or one of our own preferred suppliers. 

Capacity for dinner (only possible in combination with a party):
Seated dinner in TV studio up to 65 personen
Buffet or walking dinner up to 175 personen

Design and spaces

Our studiocafe and TV studio are designed to be almost plug-and-play, but there always is room for additional decor to create a specific atmosphere or theme.

How to get there

Desmet Studios is easily accessible by car or public transport. For those travelling by car there is parking available in the street or at Artis Zoo (ask us about the conditions).

The best of both worlds: we offer several options in combination with the beautiful venue next door at Hortus Botanicus.
